Minutes of Third EC MEETING held on 21^st November 7 to 8 30 PM by Zoom

Following proposals were made

1. Editor should be included in EC and need GBM approval
2. Qualifications for Editor Minimum 10 Indexed publications - Pubmed.scopus.
3. Updated members list were collected and updated to the website by state representatives as requested by secretary
4. Tentative election dates were announced by Election officer Dr Pratik
5. As there was no GBM CONDUCTED last two years, ratification of new members were discussed. To avail the voting rights for new members, special GBM is planned and accepted by all. EC members. New Members included upto September 2020 will be eligible for ratification
6. Proposal to conduct IASCON applications can be approved online, to be approved in GBM.
7. Planned for Editorial board for IAS Journal is planned with Editor in chief, President, Secretary, Past President, Vice President and Joint Secretary along with elected Editor
8. For the benefit of SAARC Countries, SAARC Committee is formed and approved with convener of Dr Rajeev Raman as he has done lot of work in last few years in this regard. Other members are President, Secretary, Past President, Vice President and Joint Secretary
9. Registry committee is approved by EC. As Dr Arumugam has done lot of work in forming registry, he will be the chairman and other members are President, Secretary, Past President, Vice President and Joint Secretary
