Cadaver Lab Accreditation Guidelines and Application Form

    Guidelines

  • The facility must have adequate legally acquired fresh frozen cadavers and approval for proper disposal.
  • Each station must have fully equipped arthroscopy set along with specific instrumentation and appropriate implants.
  • The faculty – delegate ratio must not be more than 1:3.
  • The course convener must send the course material beforehand to the delegates.
  • Minimum of 6 hours of cadaver time must be given to the delegates per day.
  • The facility must conduct at least 4 cadaver workshops per year.
  • Registrations for cadaver workshop will be made online through indianarthroscopy.co.in
  • Event calendar will be uploaded in the website and delegates can select their centres online.
  • The cadaver lab will pay 20% of the delegate fee as accreditation fee.
  • Indian Arthroscopy Society will provide delegate & faculty certificate for the course and the same can be downloaded online after completion of the feedback form.
  • The minimum fee for cadaver workshop per day is to be:
    • Basic Workshop : Rs.10000/-
    • Advanced Workshop : Rs.15000/-
